The trip leader or raft guide needs to keep track of who is participating in a raft trip, and ensure that each participant signs a waiver/membership form. The raft guide/trip leader is responsible for collecting fees for the use of the club raft/ducks, which is to be $10/day/person. In addition, non-members would be required to pay an additional $20 fee for the cost of joining the club. These fees would be paid to the gear mister upon returning the gear.
