Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:

Extended Christmas Return Period: Items purchased in-store between 1st November and 24th December 2025 can be returned up to and including 18th January 2026. After this date, our standard returns policy will apply.

Eligibility for a Refund: To qualify for a refund or exchange: Items must be unused, in their original packaging (where applicable), and with tags still attached. Please provide your receipt as proof of purchase.

Refund Method Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we can offer: Exchange for another item, or Gift Voucher for the equivalent amount. 

Sale Items: Any item half price or more cannot be returned or refunded. All other sale items, 28 day return exchange only.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period: Please return it to the shop with proof of purchase. We will inspect the item and offer a replacement or refund.

Exclusions For hygiene reasons: We cannot accept returns on: underwear, base layers, or socks (unless faulty).
